Genuine, caring, understanding & totally professional, from Ilona in the Beeston office who went above & beyond to ensure my wishes were followed to Kevin who took control on the day of the funeral, again so professional, caring & just wonderful. Both made a very sad and upsetting time so much more manageable. We would like to thank you Ilona & Kevin from the bottom of our hearts!! Recommend this family owned funeral director's? Absolutely!! Excellent!!

A W Lymn were excellent from start to finish. Emma helped us put everything in place and answered any questions. On the day of Andy’s funeral Paul was our Funeral Director and he and his team were excellent. He helped us get through it and nothing was too much trouble. Arron was our Celebrant. He was so friendly right from the start and did us proud on the day. The funeral was held at Gedling Crematorium and it was perfect. I can highly recommend all the services from AW Lymn at Carlton.

I could not fault a single thing. From the initial telephone call from Paul Ridout, so courteous, kind, sympathetic and professional, to meeting with Emma Hemstock,who again was so kind and courteous and helpful. Our interaction with Paul Richardson was also extremely gentle and courteous and helpful. They are an excellent team who know exactly how to treat people and are also extremely professional, and not at all overbearing. Nigel, Jackie and Matthew should be proud of them for the brilliant way in which , without seeming to promote Lymns as a Company, the team show utmost professionalism, combined with courtesy, sympathy and kindness

From the initial meeting the entire process was handled with sympathetic professionalism. Samantha at the Ollerton branch kept in regular contact to guide us at every stage.
Andy the funeral director was first class in overseeing things on the day and helped when the grandchildren stepped up as pall bearers.

From the day we initiated the plan the service we received has been exemplary! Due to mobility issues and ill health dad could not get to the office easily therefore someone came to his home to assist with a funeral plan. Prior to the funeral all the preparation, guidance and support was second to none! Jess & Jodie went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in place, in addition he was dressed very well and looked dapper. Russell and the team were very professional, kind, considerate and delivered a service with compassion for me and the family on the day thank you all.

All I can say is that Lymn's go above and beyond with their care when you’re planning a funeral for your loved one, nothing is too much trouble and they have all the time in the world for you at one of the most difficult and devastating times in your life. They helped us to plan so well to ensure that we had everything in place for my husband Barry (Jess and Lucy’s Dad’s) funeral, we really did have the most special day with their help to celebrate his life surrounded by all our family and friends.

We would just like say an extra big thank you to Jackie, Nigel and Lucinda for how exceptional they were and for all their kindness, patience and support that they have shown the three of us over the last few very distressing and emotional weeks.
