Stacey’s production for the order of service was beautiful.

Andy was both professional and knowledgeable in all aspects to do with the funeral arrangements for my Mum.
I dealt with Andy mainly but I know from all my family, they were so pleased we asked Andy at AWLymm to deal with this. He made a most difficult time seem
easy as he led me through the procedure, which was made more difficult because my Mother had only been moved to the latest Care Home two days prior to her death. As such the Coroner and Medical Examiner were both involved making this a lengthy process. I would also like to thank Edward, the Funeral Director for calming the nerves of the six Grandchildren as he instructed them on being ‘Bearers’ and for his help on the day.

Sadly this was the second funeral we had to arrange in less than a year, my partner passing unexpectedly in April 2025. There was no question we would be using A W Lymn's at Mansfield Woodhouse for the funeral. Stacey, Jonathan and all the team members I met were kind and supportive throughout. They exude a unique blend of professionalism and empathy at all times. They take care of all the arrangements making a stressful and difficult time easier to bear. The kindness and consideration they gave to me while visiting my beloved partner in the chapel of rest will stay with me forever. The dignity and respect they offer is outstanding. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and support and would highly recommend them without hesitation. My heartfelt thanks.

We were treated with respect, dignity and care from the moment we made contact with Skye at Lymns in Wollaton to the last moment that we were dropped off by Kirby after the funeral. Everything was explained to us and there were a few little extra things that we weren't expecting, like the memory book...we would definitely use them again if we find ourselves in this position in the future. Many thanks to the whole team.
