This was the first time I've had to go through this procedure, & I am very grateful to David Combe for the professional, sympathetic & courteous manner with which he dealt with myself & my siblings. The service that was received was first class from Fiona at the Spondon Office to the team dedicated to looking after my Mum on the day of the funeral.

Having done both funerals for mum and dad all with in 5 months we as a family are absolutely overwhelmed by the service provided by Mark and the staff at Carlton . They have made what's been a terrible time so easy to deal with and we can not thank you enough for all you have done even down to the very personal touches that we will remember forever . The helpfulness and kindness of AW Lymn, West Bridgford cannot be faulted. All the arrangements they made for the cremation and subsequent Thanksgiving Service for my husband worked extremely well and the family are most grateful to them for their care.

Although the funeral was difficult to arrange, due to the fact that the family could not be all together at any one time and had to done via email and telephone, everything worked out very well. The staff were very kind and patient with us and inspite of all the adjustments we made the day went without any problems. Well done Lymns and many thanks.
