I personally was very saddened to be told of Philâs death as he had been of great assistance to us with a recent planning application. We knew of his love of cars and I was pleased that the Vintage Rolls-Royce hearse was available to take him on his journey to church. The service was excellent and we would highly recommend. From the first meeting with Karen at the Sutton in Ashfield branch, who treated us with such kindness and gave all the advice we needed, to the staff on the day who were so thoughtful and professional. Thank you for giving my sister the dignified send-off she so deserved.

From day 1 Mark Chapman was fantastic. He helped us through one of saddest times in our lives. Nothing was to much trouble.

The service and care that my family and myself received from David and his team at Mansfield was fantastic. Nothing seemed to faze David, everything was organised and in hand and nothing was too much trouble. At a time when we find it difficult to cope with the simplest of tasks and are unable to think clearly, it's very reassuring to have someone to go to who understands completely how you feel and treats you with compassion and respect, regardless of how you are dealing with your grief. Simply cannot thank David and the team enough.

The whole experience was dealt with professionally and sympathetically. The actual day of the funeral ran very smoothly which is needed on an occasion of that nature taking the strain away from the family.
