Such wonderful personal service from all concerned. Everything handled with dignity and sensitivity at such a difficult time for family. Always there at the end of the `phone....nothing too much trouble.

Amazing from start to finish. Nothing was too much bother and the staff were just superb during such a very sad time for my family they made it more bearable. Anything you need, they can source and arrange for you whilst providing gentle guidance. I cannot praise them enough. Thank you Mark, Beth and Joyce.

Very professional service throughout. Tina and Donna were very understanding and listened carefully and respectfully, guiding myself and the family through each step. Everything I asked for was taken care of and all the family commented on the dignity of the church service and committal at the crematorium. They have been amazing through out at such a sad time for our family. Mathew was so helpful when I first called and guided us every step of the way. Tracey at Stapleford is the most amazing lady, compassionate throughout and treated grandma with respect, she made sure she looked beautiful whilst in the chapel of rest for us. We can’t thank her enough for everything she did. Nick Sharpe who led our service of Celebration also did with such compassion and took into account all of our concerns to make sure it was perfect. Thank you so much 😊

My brother and I found the whole process carried out by A.W Lymn, to be excellent from start to finish. Everything was dealt with by Russell and Ellie, in a sensitive and caring way, from the initial talk, to the actual funeral. All our questions were answered and we were guided expertly through the whole process. A difficult and sad time was made easier by the professionalism of all the staff at the Arnold branch. We cannot thank them enough.

Right from the beginning we found you to be caring, supportive and professional.
Nothing was too much for you. You took the time to listen to family wishes and took time to look after mum.
