From arranging my sons funeral to picking the family up on the day of the funeral the service was excellent your staff whey Polite and understanding thank you for making the day run Smoothly

Great careing family run business from start to finish and thinks of each persons needs of the deceased family and of what the deceased person would like nothing is to much trouble for them to help the family in there grieve

The service overall was very professional and caring. Colum O’Shea at Ollerton provided an excellent service and attention to detail was very good, assisting us every step of the way. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that we had included a pair of earrings to be with mum with her outfit. Unfortunately these were missed and were not with her when we came to see her. Colum however sorted the situation promptly and professionally explaining what had happened and assured us that they would be with mum the following morning.

From my first phone conversation with Andrew I felt comfortable.
Everything has been first class,from start to finish.The Funeral its self led by Sarah was first class.The hearse a Black Phantom VI,was something special.Will highly recommend to my friends.

They could not have done better than they did this is probably the wrong word to use but it was a perfect service from start to finish, and that has been told to me by many of our large family that live locally as well as by many friends. I thank Karen Horton the Sutton Branch Manager, and Andy and his team on the day as well as Andy's visit to me in the early stages of planning the funeral. Excellent all round and 10 Stars out five is the only way I can put it.
