I can’t thank all those at Lymn enough who looked after my husband Richard Coulter.
Also Ellie , Beryl and Russ at the Arnold branch .

From my first phone call to the actual funeral, nothing was too much trouble, you made what was a difficult time easier for me by taking the weight off my shoulders and making sure my dad had the best funeral possible , I am eternally grateful for everything you did

Everything was handled in a very caring, sympathetic manner and with great efficiency. We are so grateful to all the staff for their support during this sad time.

Lynne, Your mum sounded so lovely and interesting, being one of the first women to know how to use a computer and still using her ipad at the age of 100 years young. You are a fighter Lynne and you fought for your mum even with the doctors after she died, we know where you get that spark from. Take care of yourself and John and thank you. Lindsay.

The only thing that dissappointed was that the celebrant did not say that Hannah Winterton could not sing live because of covid, which I think should have been said. Otherwise everything was very good thank you Carol.

Unfortunately the restrictions in place in regards to coronavirus meant that live singing was not allowed but we regret that you were disappointed that this was not mentioned during the service. All the team were very professional and made us feel at ease. Nothing was rushed and was all taken at our pace. Mark Ridout took care of everything,understood our needs and was incredibly kind and supportive. Can't thank Mark and the team enough.

I was also privileged to oversee your Mother’s funeral and felt at the end of the service that I was sad that I had not known her personally. I was pleased to be able to assist particularly after the way your daughter Kate had helped me by cutting my hair during my recovery from cancer some years ago. Thank you. -

Our contact at the Wollaton Branch was extremely helpful and professional in arranging the funeral of my father, Harry, at Bramcote Crematorium. She always hit the right tone in all our contacts with her - and that was really appreciated at such a stressful time. We are extremely grateful for the help we received and would not hesitate to recommend Lymns to anyone looking for funeral services.

We chose Lymns as they did a superb job with my mother’s funeral 6 years ago. Their care with my father and extra help in this time of Covid could not be faulted Always polite and empathetic. Theresa was excellent in particular.

Dan helped us to plan Mum's cremation by offering advice and help during restrictions of the pandemic. Being local, it made arranging things was so much easier.
