What a wonderful, professional and compassionate service that was provided by Thornalleys. Ray personally dealt with us and was very attentive. Although we could not have the funeral service we would have liked due to coronavirus restrictions, he still made sure that the best funeral service possible was arranged and made sure we were happy with everything. We cannot thank Ray enough for helping us at such a difficult time.

From the first phone call through to the funeral we were treated with respect, compassion and a caring attitude. Everything was explained really well, we were not rushed by any member of staff. The funeral ran smoothly and so did the live streaming for mums family and friends who could not make it.

Thornalley provided a professional and caring service. Andrew and colleagues were always available to answer our questions and guide us through en emotional time. Celebrant Verne Lee, from our memories and anecdotes, gave tribute to mum's life and read the poems we had chosen. When you need someone to be there and have everything go smoothly, Thornalley manage with compassion to guide you through.
