In a few words, I cannot fault them at all. Right from the outset, Ray was fantastic. He and all his staff completely understood that this was reasonably unfamiliar territory and talked me through every step of what to do from arranging the church service to discussing what auntie Joan should wear et cetera. There were no stones left unturned and I cannot thank them enough. They were very kind, considerate and I could not ask for more. Additionally, when it came to me having a look at the proof of the order of service, they kindly emailed me a copy, upon my request, without any photographs so I could read it properly using specialist software for visually impaired people as I am totally blind. They completely understood all my needs as a blind person and were in no way phased . Thank you so much for everything. You really have been marvellous and I know that nothing is too much trouble and you go the extra mile to make sure that everything runs perfectly.

The staff at Thornalley were extremely helpful and considerate, they did everything to a fantastic standard and ensured we were happy with all aspects of the day.
They explained every part of the service carefully and gave recommendations if asked, all of which were of the same high standard.
They contacted us on the morning of the funeral to ensure we were coping and to answer any questions we may have had.
At the service they ensured we knew what we needed to do and were extremely professional throughout and put us at our ease at all times.

From our first telephone call to Thornalley’s informing them that mum had past away, we received 5star service. When we attended the funeral parlor and went through the funeral arrangements, all the staff were sympathetic and extremely helpful. On the day of the funeral every thing went like clockwork.
We can’t praise them enough, and would not hesitate in recommending them.

What can I say except an excellent service from Ray and all involved with the preparations.The service, care and professionalism were second to none. Ray was so calming and nothing was too much trouble under the circumstances. I am so glad my mum made the funeral plan with yourselves, even though this isn't an easy decision. This made our preparations so much easier knowing mum had chosen what she wanted. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts.
