At a very difficult time for ny Sister and I, especialky as we both live 4 and 5 hours respectively from.Kings Lynn, every person i spoke to at Thornalley answered all my questions..kept me calm throughout the whole planning arrangements for Dad's funeral. All staff were very friendly and efficient. When visiting the Chapel of Rest, everyone was friendly, helpful and very understanding! We were even contacted on the morning of the funeral, to check that everything was organised our end and reassured that everything was arranged as far as the fueral directors were concerned. The whole family were extremely grateful to Andrew and all the staff involved. Thankyou!
