At a very difficult time the care, sympathy, professionalism and overall attention given was excellent. From originally meeting and arranging the service with Nicky to the execution of it on the day and the courtesy calls from Andrew in between the whole process was done in a lovely reassuring manner.

Throughout each step of planning my Dad's funeral, we were supported by the kind and caring staff at Thornalleys. We knew our Dad was in safe hands and we were able to focus on saying a final farewell to him. To find a balance between being highly professional and incredibly caring is hard but Thornalleys have got it just right.
