The superb website helped our family to prepare in the peace of our home so that when we arrived at the office to discuss the funeral our thinking had clarified and this made the planning process so much easier.
All the staff we met we gentle and even when we requested some changes it was no trouble and we were reassured at every step of the way.
The printing service was excellent and the art work skilfully and sensitively executed.
