So kind, caring and helpful at sorting things out, especially with regard to the coroner's involvement. Things went perfectly at just the minimal service we wanted.

Andrew and the staff were very supportive during our difficult time. My granddaughter wanted to take her grandad to the crematorium on her cart with her driving her shire horse. Andrew arranged all the timings and ensured we arrived safely at the crematorium.  Even provided us with videos and a photo as a reminder.   Excellent service thank you

The Thornally family were helpful ,kind and friendly. They talk to you about all the options there are . You don't feel rushed in making any decisions. During the time before the funeral after we'd been to the chapel of rest. They rang to see how the family were. Which is a kind thing to do. They help in anyway they can. Thank you

Very well organised from initial meeting to conclusion. Staff were all courteous and carried out my wishes. The funeral was 100mile away from kings lynn but all ran to time, what more can I say, made a sad day that little bit better. Thankyou all.
