All of the staff that I dealt with, both in person and on the phone, were very supportive and helpful, with numerous follow up calls to ensure that we were satisfied with the arrangements. I was expecting that things might be difficult, as I was in Yorkshire trying to make arrangements in Norfolk, but the staff were able to make everything easy for me and the graveside service was perfect. My thanks to all of the staff involved.

My family have always used Tornalleys. They are incredible, they go above and beyond.

At probably the hardest stage of my life, they lightened the burden off myself and my family.

They couldn’t physically have done anymore for us. I think after the traumatic time of a death of any family member. The fact that you can give them the greatest send off and be guided along the way by the fantastic team who was there every step of the way.

Simply wonderful in how they handled us, listened to what we thought we wanted and made sure everything was as seamless as possible for us. They kept in contact very regularly just to see how we were doing which was a great personal touch. Also, and increasingly important in these straightened times, they never tried to persuade us to spend more than we wanted, and in fact made suggestions that actually kept the price down as much as possible.

Thornalley's King's Lynn conducted the arrangements superbly, with compassion and thought but without unnecessary gloom. I was called several times before the service to check details and offer support. There was close attention to the requests made, so that there was precision in conducting the service. By their professionalism, and kindness the most difficult of days was made manageable.
