Thornalley did a lovely job of taking care of my Dad's funeral 11 years ago and more recently they did it again for my Mum.
They helped guide me through each step of the process and the service they organised was beautiful.
I think I mainly dealt with Traci and she took a lot of time explaining the various options and also spoke with Ray who was always very patient and kind and all the other staff I talked to treated my mum like one of their own family and looked after her very respectfully. The visual tribute they organised was well worth the small amount as an extra and really made the service perfect. Finally I think as a lot of the things which required input from me, were done by me at the last minute, they really went the extra effort to ensure that would be no problem.

Thanks for doing such a lovely job for my mum Mary, she would have loved all the fuss

Thanking Ray and everyone at Thornalley, and Janet the civil celebrant, who took the utmost care and attention to detail regards Mums (Nick's) funeral. Nothing was too much trouble for how we wanted it to be, and the service was conducted in a sensitive, compassionate and personal manner. If there could be a "good" funeral, this was it. Could not have gone better. And the sun was shining, they probably organised that too !

Thornalley Funeral Services were very sympathetic in their dealings with our loss.Our Uncle died earlier than we had expected and so our sorrow was greater than we had thought it would be-but all through the process Thornalley were helping us with our situation.They were all so kind and continually rang us up to check that we were alright and if there was anything further they could do to ease our loss. We could not thank them enough and would absolutely recommend their service for anyone who needed them.
