I cannot thank them enough , they rang me three times to see how I was explained in detail about the funeral arrangements and the Chapel of Rest was beautifully done and the young lady Tracey who talked us through the funeral was excellent intact every one was excellent certainly recommend them to any one who needs a funeral

A very well run , compassionate and professional funeral directors. 
I was so well cared for by Traci and Dean mainly but everyone I spoke to was so polite and willing to help.

I can’t thank Chapmans & Thornalley Funeral Services enough for looking after my beautiful baby sister, myself & family! 
Nichola was amazing! I can’t praise her enough! She was always there for us all, nothing was too much. She was just a dream and I could not have done this all without her!
The care my sister received was so gentle & respectful, Peter and Nichola did their upmost to get her settled and cosy for a viewing that was sensitive to her & us as a family. It was beautiful, comforting & gave us lots of peace!
Dean was also lovely!
Thank you so much for making the worse situation a peaceful one!

I can’t praise Thornalley’s Funeral services enough. They were kind and compassionate from the start, helping to organise my Dads funeral from scratch as he’d left no plans. They helped me decide on the most suitable service for Dad, and explained all the options fully. On the day everything went according to plan so I didn’t need to stress about that aspect. And they helped to arrange a specialised taxi for Dads lovely neighbour who was in a wheelchair, otherwise she would not have been able to come and pay her respects. I’d particularly like to thank Andrew and Traci, as well as Steph.
