I really do not know where to start with leaving this review.  
Thornalley Funeral Service in Swaffham were above being professional. Funeral days are never what you look forward to and nor are they enjoyable, but due to the way Thornalley handled the setting up of the arrangements  all went so well and I sincerely felt with very little help from us.  

On the day itself I can only explain it as their presence was very quiet and therefore assured you that all was in hand.

I would recommend them wholeheartedly for a stress free and respectful service at a very upsetting time.  I can’t thank them enough

Very professional but friendly, approachable people. Making the planning easier giving advice and help when needed with a sensitive, caring approach. Letting us know they were there if we needed them and keeping us updated every step of the way. This is the second time in as many years we have used Thornally for our mum and dads funerals. Really can not fault them.

Thornallys were professional and respectful in everyway. Andrew was brilliant on the day and regularly communicated with any updates keeping me informed as to how things were going and all the lovely ladies in the office were were great and respectful when we would visit David in the chapel of rest.

Thornalley's Dersingham office could not have provided a more professional, sympathetic, thorough and quietly efficient service if they had tried!! From the first contact right up to the day, they were the epitome of clarity, efficiency, and sensitive professionalism. Very pleasant people to deal with.
We have very few relatives left to attend a traditional funeral so we decided on a direct cremation. It was handled quickly with the care and respect as a traditional service.
I would recommend them to anyone I just hope I don't require their services again too soon.
