The staff at Thornalley were so warm and friendly, nothing was too much for them even wearing blue ties in respect that my son who supported Chelsea FC.
I knew my son would have the send off he deserved and can’t thank them enough.

The arrangements were made in an appropriate, professional and business-like manner. Peter and Nicola were excellent communicators as well as being supportive and enabling me to keep on track with the timetable of tasks. The Order of Service was produced beautifully by Chris. The service was exceptional; the celebrant, Nicole, had taken the memories of our loved one, weaving these into a poignant, empathetic, flowing delivery, supported by her unobtrusive operation of the supporting technology. A big thank-you to everyone involved.

I would like to thank the team at Thornalley's Dersingham site especially Nicky and Sam for their kindness and professionalism in dealing with my family and I during the sad time after my wife Sheila passed, nothing was too much for them and they really helped us through the days leading up to the funeral and beyond.
I would also like to thank Janet the Celebrant for a lovely ceremony giving us memories to  cherish on a sad day.

All at thornallys were amazing.
From the time of us starting to arrange grandads funeral right up until the day of the funeral.
They kept in contact. Even just ringing to see how we all were.
Very professional.
And my grandad looked beautiful when I went to see him in the Chapel of rest. They really do an amazing job.
