The service provided has been exceptional. Everyone bas been so kind and caring but their subtle efficiency is second to none. They really do offer the personal touch and we can never thank them enough for helping us so much at what has been an awful time. Recommended without hesitation.

Debbie and her team have gone above and beyond to look after my husband from start to finish they have also looked after us every step of the way and guided us through the process with extream compassion upto the day of his burial on the day when Carl looked after us with so much grace! on a time when you can't think straight and your world has fallen apart they have made sure that we got through the process on a daily basis and we as a family can't thank them enough when the weight of the world is on your shoulders and you don't know where to turn they helped every step of the way

Nothing was too much trouble for Debbie Bennett and all went very smoothly. Seamless delivery and all our wishes respected. Dealing with them (delightful bunch!) allowed me to focus on the myriad of other things that need to be dealt with on these occasions. I can highly recommend Debbie Bennett.

Every think was spot on till we got to the crem.then was told there was no photos been sent to crem .was a big disappointment which was the hight light of the servers

The team at Debbie Bennett Rainhill was amazing.
Our funeral was a little different. The family did not want a traditional funeral, preferring to call it an After-Party.
Alison and the team were amazing, not at all phased by our unusual requests.
I can't praise them highly enough. In addition, I found their costs to be very reasonable.

The saddest day of our lives was made remarkably comfortable, thanks to the exceptional efforts of Louis and Deb. Their meticulous arrangements and constant availability for our questions were truly invaluable. A special shout out to John, whose keen eye for detail, thoughtful gesture of suggesting pink ties to match our flowers, and gentle demeanor provided solace throughout the day. The perfect execution made the most difficult time more manageable. Thank you for your compassion and professionalism.

We used the Prescot office for mums funeral and they were all excellent. 
They sorted everything for us so we did not need to worry. I would highly recommend their services.

Debbie Bennett team organized my beautiful mother's funeral more than I expected. With respect and attention to the details, with understanding and compassion. Wasn't rushed and everything according to how was planned. Very professional and great communication. They offered the best package at the best price too. I would definitely recommend them and after being turned down or treated not well by other funeral homes the team at Debbie Bennett took everything unther their wings creating a memorable experience and offering us the best funeral my mother deserved. This is the first time I had ever dealt with loss so I didnt know where to start but the girls at DBs where amazing from start to finish, were always contactable when I needed them and kept me up to date straight away with every step ie collecting my nan into their care, letting us know all the arrangements & order of service books were ready and then collection of my nans ashes. They even transferred her into a urn we had purchased. I highly recommend this business and I don't think I would go anywhere else now when i need a FD again. Cant thank you enough! XXX

I unexpectedly lost my husband in October he was 40 years old. I myself widowed at 35 with two children. I didn't know where to begin planning a funeral. The first phone call Ally put me at ease and arranged a meeting. During the meeting she guided me through step by step and answered all my questions. We stuck to my budget and arranged the most amazing send off for my husband. The staff were very knowledgeable and had great ideas. Whilst in the chapel every detail was perfect, they were amazing with my two girls age 13 and 6. My 13 year old visited the chapel daily the staff made her feel welcome and at ease to attend alone after school. When my 6 year old went they kept it light and fun, She loved getting sweets and colouring pictures for her daddy in his special room. The whole day was arranged perfectly and he was given a perfect send off dignified but age appropriate for our young family. I was even given an excellent referral for a headstone! Thank you all so very much it's awful the reason we met but our meeting is something I'll never forget.
