From the time we lost Dad and instructed Debbie and family to look after everything I can wholeheartedly say Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors have been phenomenal. From day 1 when John came to pick Dad up we knew we had chosen the right people. I have never known people to be so welcoming polite courteous and friendly they make you feel comfortable and safe.
The girls in the office Especially Alison who we dealt with the most along with Debbie were amazing. They explained everything professionally and in a warm manner. I was quite nervous about going to office because you have an image of what a funeral home would be. However Debbie's blew my mind it was so welcoming and warm and had lovely atmosphere . The whole process was discussed and explained to us perfectly. I just want to say massive massive thank you to Debbie's for looking after Dad.
I wholeheartedly recommend this amazing Funeral Directors for your loved ones because the people who will look after your loved ones are Beautiful inside and out and have big hearts.
Everything was exceptional

My family & myself think that 5 stars of excellence is well & truly deserved.
We were so happy with the way the Bootle Branch conducted & dealt with everything for my Brother Peters Funeral, nothing was too much trouble & they were so caring, each & every one of them should be proud of how they manage themselves..

We were looked after very well, there were just a couple of things church related eg no choir that would have made the funeral better

Debbie Bennets were both excellent in the manor and how they arrange things perfectly as my mum would have wanted but also without fuss. The staff were fabulous in particular John the funeral director and Alison. Thanks again for what you did.

Funeral best ever greenacres idyllic and so beautiful, michael whelan catholic deacon excellent, songs from sound system blew us to another world. When sliding doors opening at end of Funeral brought a gentle breeze and glorious vista of country park would highly recommend debbie bennett Funeral directors Micheal whelan deacon and fabulous greenaces

The service we received was wonderful, we were met with, compassion, understanding and concern from every single person we met or spoke to right across the board, they always had time to answer any questions or worries we had, they were so respectful emphatic towards us.
Nothing was too much trouble for these lovely people.

My Mum sadly passed away but had a pre booked funeral plan with Debbie Bennett funeral directors. I was so glad about this as they handled everything for us at what was a devastating and sad time. The on-call staff were quick to answer the phone and offered reassurance and advice. All of the staff we dealt with were professional, kind, and did all they could to accommodate our wishes. I can’t thank everyone involved enough for ensuring my lovely Mum was looked after and had the funeral she wanted. I would highly recommend Debbie Bennett funeral directors and if I could, I would give more than five stars for the service they provided.
