Debbie bennett funeral directors did a amazing work on my mums funeral they made a stressful time so bearable. My mum looked amazing in the chapel of rest, I can't thank them enough for everything they did.

This is the second time I have used Debbie Bennett for a funeral. I go to Teri-Anne in the Bootle office, Teri is so helpful and understanding. The funeral as before was conducted in such a professional and respectful manner. On the day the staff who conducted the actual funeral where amazing, helpful and understanding which is what is required when everyone is feeling so vulnerable.Cant remember the gentlemans name but everyone was dressed accordingly and smart. Can I also thank John who conducted the service and the staff who provided the floral tributes. Cannot thank you enough. Continue to do what you do, you all make a great team. At such difficult time, Debbie Bennet's made everything easier for us. We wanted a very dignified and traditional funeral. Lois was highly professional and we put our trust in her to make the arrangements as per requested. On the day of the funeral we were put in the hands of Gemma who kept everything running smoothly.
The driver was highly respectful and a pleasure to chat to.
All in all I dreaded the day we put my mum to rest but the staff made everything feel lighter.
I would highly recommend their services.

Cannot fault the Rainhill funeral directors one bit they have been amazing and so relaxed and took a lot of pressure off my shoulders when I phoned o text I got a reply instantly would recommend them to anyone thanks what use did for me GAZ

During an obvious sad time for our family and not having experience dealing with all of this before, Debbie Bennett’s made everything so easy and smooth for us and the whole experience was honestly flawless. From absolutely genuinely lovely staff from all roles, to a very good price compared to other fu real directors, we couldn’t have wished for more. 
I would highly recommend Debbie Bennett’s to anyone who has to go through this difficult time one day, as they will make the process so much easier for you.

Lois was amazing and always made us feel like we could contact her at any point, we never felt under any pressure to book with these funeral directors at all when we booked via Lois. We had some issues relating to funeral insurance cover for my late dad which I thought might be a problem for us, Lois sorted this for us within minutes. She was honestly a god send.

Everything was so transparent during the booking with Debbie Bennett’s and you simply get the vibe that they just care and aren’t about chasing money.

Tony the celebrant we were provided was fantastic. Everyone at the service commented on him and how well he ran it and how well he spoke about my dad. 

And John guided us on the day to ensure the service ran smoothly and that we didn’t feel under pressure or stressed.

Such a lovely experience during such a sad time, we as a family can’t thank Debbie Bennett’s and their staff above enough.

The team at Debbie Bennett have been amazing, the drivers on the day were so friendly and Debbie was respectful and kind. Nothing was too much for them during this difficult time. I can’t speak highly enough of the team, especially Lois. Lois treated our loved one with kindness, care and dignity. As a family we felt comfort,  that our loved one was in the care of Lois and Debbie. Lois was exceptional in going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect and the family felt at ease at all times. I can’t recommend this funeral directors enough. Thank you for everything

I contacted Debbie Bennett by chance and decided to use them based on discussions I had had with a few Funeral Directors. From the very first meeting they where as professional and efficient as you could possbily hope for during an obviously sad period of time. They dealt with everything and guided us through the process and considerations. Their fees where clear with disbursements at cost clearly shown. Being able to use them to organise and pay for ancilliary services such as flowers, etc..... made the whole process so much easier. The suppliers they deal with where all excellent and again made the whole process so much easier. I don't write reviews often but in this case felt compelled to recommend their excellent services.

Absolutely brilliant. I found their service fantastic, could not be more helpful. Made the whole experience a lot easier for us to handle.
Extremely professional. Terri-Ann explains everything for you and is so efficient, Joanne is very professional and drivers Dave and Matthew very polite and respectful.

From the very first phone call to the last bit in the  cemetery they really did hold our hand and guided us step by step they made what was a sad and bewildering time for first timers like us as easy and smooth as possible for which we are so grateful . We would like to thank them all especially Terri Ann in the bootle branch for all their help and compassion .

The family of the late Ann Horton  cannot thank Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors in Bootle enough from day one right up till we pick up mums ashes the staff were amazing and kept us up to date with everything that had to be done a big thank you to Wendy, Jo , Terriann and Matty you did my mum proud we has a family cannot thank you enough for the beautiful send off my mum deserved 
What a privilege it was to go and see mum in the funeral parlour and just to sit and remember her and our beautiful memories 
Debbie your staff were amazing noting was to much trouble so friendly, and even suggested the drivers would wear pink ties to match mum’s colours I would definitely recommend you to all my family friends etc
