"We are eternally grateful to everyone at Debbie Bennett's for giving my husband Alun the most beautiful, dignified send-off. He was a treasured dad and grandad to our 5 granddaughters, and the staff respected him completely.Sue and Lois took away so much of the stress and were so incredibly patient with me when I changed his shoes 3 times. Helen, the makeup artist, did an amazing job preparing Alun, which brought us so much comfort. Having my cousin Keith as part of this dedicated team meant the world to us.On the day of the funeral, the attention to detail and timing were absolutely flawless—everything ran perfectly to the minute. Dave and all of the other drivers were wonderful, polite, and put us completely at ease, while Carl led the procession with total grace and professionalism walking in front. Following my Dad’s funeral, I simply cannot speak highly enough of Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors. They were quite simply the best.

From the moment of our very first phone call, right through to dropping us off at the reception after the funeral, the care, kindness and professionalism shown to us were exceptional. Every member of staff we came into contact with was first class.

At such a difficult time for Mum and all our family, they made everything so much easier. Nothing was ever too much trouble, every detail was taken care of, and Dad was treated throughout with the utmost dignity and respect.

What particularly stood out was the genuinely personal way in which we were looked after. We never felt that we were simply another family or another funeral. There was warmth, compassion and attention to detail at every stage.

Our whole family is enormously grateful for everything they did for Dad and for us. We could not have asked for better care and support, and I would recommend Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors without the slightest hesitation.

I was treated with respect and understanding and a time were you feel vulnerable and unsure they made me feel very comfortable all my questions were answered I was told everything in detail they kept me well informed and upto date on everything I would definitely recommend Debbie Bennett funeral directors .staff are very friendly and accomodating

From start to finish the service off Debbie Bennett’s staff was 1st class, they listened and they delivered, my Mams funeral was absolutely beautiful, everything ran smoothly. 
The care, compassion & empathy from all the staff was truly outstanding, they all do an amazing job. If I ever had to do this again I’d definitely choose them.

We felt genuinely supported throughout the entire funeral arrangement process. Lois and Sophie were professional, compassionate, and approachable, always making themselves available to answer our questions promptly and provide reassurance when needed.

Debbie Bennett’s funeral care is outstanding. From the moment we stepped through the door and spoke to Lois to when Carl dropped us at the wake we could not fault them. Every staff member showed compassion, dedication, dignity and empathy towards us as a family. My mum was well and truly in the best hands, she looked amazing when we went to see her and when she came home before her final journey. On the day of the funeral Carl was absolutely amazing and the day was perfect. Exactly how we wanted it for our mum. Thank you all so much

From the minute I walked through the door the staff could not have been more helpful, empathetic and professional all in equal measure. They made a very difficult time much easier for me with their compassion and expertise. Seeing my mother look so beautiful and at rest in their chapel was a massive comfort and I can't praise the people involved in that enough. I can honestly say myself and my family would never use anybody else when it comes to arranging future funerals as we felt the whole process was made so stress free for us but also allowed us to have input on every aspect of the planning. The whole team are a credit to themselves and their profession.
