Joanne, Terri-Ann and Wendy were excellent. We laughed and cried while we sorted my sisters funeral. They were very professional and compassionate. My sister chose these herself through word of mouth and I most definitely would recommend them.

We've used this company quite a number of times and every time they have helped us organise plan and make the day go as smoothly as you could wish for! nothing is too much trouble for them they take care of nearly everything that comes along! Debbie Bennett's team at Rainhill were great, really friendly, compassionate and professional. I would prefer to be contacted via email for some of the smaller things/questions, but not everyone is the same so it is not a criticism. Perhaps people could get the option initially to state their preference going forward.
