The dignity, care, and most of all time Wendy and Joanne gave us during the loss of Thomas was absolutely amazing can’t thank them enough, also the way they led us up to the funeral was fantastic explaining to us about flowers pictures and also choosing Tony packwood  to lead the service was unbelievable. Thank you for all your time and care if we could give you more than 5stars we would you were amazing x

Debbie Bennett and her whole team are so special. Lois and Deb organised my sisters funeral. They were so caring throughout and took the stress out of a stressful time. Jackie looked perfect thanks to Helen. The funeral was a real celebration which is what we wanted. All helped by John who led the funeral and Matty and Dave. We had my Uncles funeral on Friday, both Joanne and Terrianne were so professional and talked us through every step of the way, on the day of the funeral, Joanne and staff couldn’t have been more perfect, they made a very upsetting day flawless and stress free.

Words can’t express how good Debbie Bennett has been ! Totally professional throughout the whole process ! Nothing was to much and everything was just perfect cannot thank everyone involved enough made this process lot easier than it could have been having lost me dad! Everything from the way my dad looked to the service at the crematorium was outstanding. I wanna personally say massive thank you to Lois , Debbie for sorting everything from the start to finish and Karl for making me feel at ease with the process also Tony just amazing his job must be hard yet he got the eulogy bang on and  I got  loads of compliments about it our driver aswell (sorry forgot his name ) brilliant ! Again can’t praise them all enough ! Thank you.

The office staff were fantastic, they couldn't have been more helpful, the vehicle drivers were also most helpful they were very professional,they put my family and myself at ease, they couldn't ha e done more if they tried.
