We recently used them for our Mum’s funeral and their professionalism, care, support and attention to detail was exceptional. We were heartbroken to lose our Mum and Debbie Bennett’s helped us at every stage of planning the funeral to providing an outstanding service on the day. Special thanks goes to Ann for helping us to organise the funeral and Gemma who was the funeral director on the day. Big thanks also to Lois, Donna, Christian, Dave and Jim.

A very professional service. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Ann in Rainhill could not have done more to help the family get through a difficult time. I would highly recommend Debbie Bennett in bootle as they were absolutely brilliant from me ringing them regarding my brothers funeral to the actual crematorium. They made a absolutely sad situation so bearable for myself and my brothers. They are very professional and caring and nothing was too much trouble.

I would absolutely, without a doubt, highly recommend this funeral directors. From start to finish, amazing top class service, lovely people who work there. Terry-Ann and her mother in the shop - fabulous and so considerate, always there to listen and chat. The people who brought Mum home had complete respect for her and listened to our concerns and helped make Mum comfortable at her own home. The funeral cars, the guys and Joanne who collected us and Mum, was so professional and made the whole process run smoothly. I couldn’t of asked for anything better. The only advice would be to take a photo in as soon as possible of the deceased to ensure they look the way you want them to, hair style etc. Thank You so much Debbie Bennett’s xxxx

Debbie and her staff have been truely amazing! having no clue on were to begin lois took us in and guided us through the whole process they made everything so easy it just flowed, nothing was to big or small they just made our wishes happen and at the best price, our family will forever be grateful for the help and support they gave in our time of need they truely did look after dad like he was one of there own, thankyou!

I went to see a few funeral providers before picking Debbie Bennett. I picked them as i felt they were very personal. They made me feel it was as important to them as it was to me. It was a really good service. They made a very difficult time a little easier. I would reccomend their service to anyone who needs a funeral director.

Didn’t have a clue of who to use for the funeral but Debbie Bennet’s were recommended by more than 6 people who had used them recently so we went with them.
What a faultless and personal service. So caring in every aspect. Arranged virtually everything for us and the whole experience was so professional but personal.
I would without doubt recommend them to any one who is not sure of who to go to at a very sad time.
Most of the people attending the funeral commented that they really impressed with the service .

My Dad's Funeral was handled by Debbie Bennetts Bootle branch. From the moment we walked in, we were made very welcome by Joanne Terrianne and Wendy. Te ladies were very professional courteous sympathetic and caring. They ensured every step of the funeral process was seemless, organising each step of the way for us. We were kept informed constantly about all arrangements.
I cannot thank the ladies enough for taking the strain away from us and providing such a loving and caring service from start to finish.
This ultimately resulted in Dad's funeral service being a very fitting dignified and beautiful send off he deserved on the day.
