I can only thank them for the kindness and professionalism and understanding in this very difficult. Excellent service from beginning to end. Everyone was really helpful, friendly & sympathetic. Everything was explained and my wishes were listened to and carried out. They made a very difficult time a bit easier.
The Office staff, the Drivers, the Celebrant, the Printer all did a fantastic job.

My wife passed away in May of this year and it has taken me a long time to be able to speak or write about it, so this review is long overdue for which I apologise. Debbie Bennet has to be one of the best funeral services on Merseyside. Debbie and Wendy have an amazing ability to connect, liaise, care and have great empathy with bereaved people. Wendy has a heart of gold and offers support way beyond the normal remit of the service that is provided. Debbie even assisted with DWP paperwork. I can’t praise the service highly enough and struggle to find words that do this significantly enough. Having used three other different funeral services in the last three years , Debbie Bennet and all her staff will be who I return to whenever needed in the future. I thank them wholeheartedly for how they helped me through a very dark time. Love these people, genuinely grateful they are here for all. Brian

I wish we had found the team at Debbie Bennett’s sooner for other loved ones we have lost. Our nan looked like an actual angel and the love and care she received was out of this world. Nothing was too much trouble for Alison who looked after us and every detail. Alison was so caring and compassionate and we were able to see our nan every day whilst listening to her favourite Elvis. A special Thankyou goes out to Alison for being there, little David and Dave who was the from the start of Nan’s journey to the end. The respect and empathy shown will never ever be forgotten by our family. You gave nan the funeral she deserved, a celebration of the amazing lady she was. You are all super stars and a credit to Debbie Bennett’s. A thankyou isn’t enough to show our gratitude

They treated my husband with such respect,and so empathetic and efficient,with my family and myself.
The chapel of rest,has been recently renovated,and you had an option to play some peaceful music in the room,if that's what makes you feel some comfort.

I cannot rate the service I received from Alison (Debbie Bennett - Rainhill) highly enough. You enter her office feeling overwhelmed, confused and lost. But in just a few moments, Alison will put you at ease, talk you through your options and you will leave feeling like you have been chatting with a friend. On the day of my Father's funeral, everything went like clockwork - I cannot fault them.
If you are wondering which funeral director to choose to take care of your loved one, you may think they are all the same. I can assure you they are not all the same, and would suggest you look no further than Debbie Bennett at Rainhill.
