There are no words to describe the whole team, they are absolutely amazing, nothing is ever to much trouble, they are so kind, caring and the compassion they shown to our loved one and us as a family, is second to none. My biggest thanks is to Gemma and Lois, you are both truly 2 of lives gems. You have both got Cheryl and I through so much, even when you think you haven’t done anything, you’ve treated us like family, we will be forever grateful. Thank you

We would like to thank Debbie Bennett’s, mum was at the Rainhill branch. The way they cared for our mum, from the night she passed, until five weeks later when she was laid to rest. They really do care, and nothing is too much trouble.Thanks to Anne, Alison, Jemma and Dave, who put at ease, and treated mum with such care and respect. I can’t thank the wonderful staff enough.
They looked after my dad with love and respect and nothing was a problem to them. The funeral parlour is warm and welcoming.
Myself and my family are extremely grateful to them for all they did for my dad and our family.

It has been an absolute pleasure to be looked after by Debbie Bennett and the Team at a most upsetting time. From the initial phone call on a Friday night with Keith and then dealing with Ann and Alison, we were dealt with in a kind and compassionate manner and everything was explained in detail and clearly. I honestly cannot recommend them enough if you want someone to reassure you and take care of all planning and details when planning a funeral. Thank you for all you have done for our Mum and family.

Took  my beloved husband treating him with compassion, dignity and care. 
The whole team took a devastating situation and made it a celebration of his life. Provided a bespoke Funreal  that truly represents the wonderful man he was. I will always cherish the memories of his special day.

Debbie Bennett Rainhill looked after my father's funeral and internment in January of 2023.
We are really grateful to them for the kindness, compassion, support and organisation that they showed in this most difficult of times.
Nothing was too much trouble, everything was arranged for us and everything went to plan. The lady in the office Ann was so kind and caring, the gentleman giving the service, Chris was so good members of the family felt he knew dad personally and Brandon was so respectful and accommodating on the day itself.
Could not recommended them enough.

On behalf of my family I just wanted to thank Debbie Bennett’s Funeral Directors, RAINHILL, for what was the most beautiful, dignified and professional service. From the start when I first met Ann and Donna both were so personable and compassionate yet their professionalism shone through. It made a very difficult time so much more bearable.
 
We cannot thank you both enough. The service, though very emotional was just perfect for our Dad and I had the reassurance that everything was in place and I didn’t need to worry about anything.

Faultless really.
The team based at Bootle were very supportive with Dad and I They advised and helped in every way possible to ensure Mum had the best send off we could ever have hoped for. They were caring, compassionate and nothing was too much trouble.
