We had my fathers funeral with Debbie Bennet funeral directors and they really did go above and beyond for us. I felt so relaxed, comforted and happy every time I dealt with them. I would definitely recommend this lovely family business to anyone.

As a family this was the worst time of our lives,losing our Son,Dad,Brother,uncle,along with his family and many friends.
All the staff at Debbie Bennett’s,held our hands,with exceptional care,support,and very genuine caring words of comfort.Nothing was too much trouble to them,from any questions,to giving us caring guidance at this heartbreaking time for us.From the ladies on the end of the phone,to the lovely men who brought Our John home to us,each and everyone of them was so caring and kind.We’ve got to mention the lovely David,from the first visit,right till the end.The support,guidance,and lovely caring nature,he showed us all will never be forgotten.Most importantly the way he respected and cared for our John was exceptional.Nobody wants to ever deal with a funeral directors,but anybody reading these reviews,please take our word as a broken hearted family,these lovely caring people, Will care for your loved one,along with yourselves,every step of the way.Thank You to everyone at Debbie Bennett’s,and God Bless each one of you,for your care and compassion,at a devestating time.All the Murphy Family x x

They were so caring and thoughtful to be honest you couldn’t get anyone better they arranged our dad’s funeral and they cared for my mum so much at that time mum thought the nephew was wonderful and he came and done hers such lovely caring people all of them the people in the office were lovely too thank you all

Thank you for the wonderful work you done for us at a very sad time, you gently guided us through all things relevant.
Thank you for your pall bearers wearing pink for our occasion.
All staff we just so sympathetic to our situation, nothing was to much trouble for them, they were more than helpful.
Thank you for getting us the best celebrant-Chris, he listen to our memories, he recanted them at the service wonderfully.
Thank you to John he was amazing he took charge of the funeral in a very gentle manner.
He was aware of our needs, he was so gentle and compassionate.
Over all our sad occasion was handled so professionally by you all.

Their attentiveness throughout the whole process of looking after our mums funeral was second to none. Really lovely people to deal with who gave our mum the send off that she deserved. 10/10.

The staff at debbie Bennetts funeral directors are amazing, so kind, have emphany and are there to help in any way they can, they really do care about people and helped me so much to arrange my mother in laws funeral. Nothing was a bother to them and they even give us emotional support right the way through our journey.
The staff do not treat customers like just customers, they treat you like family and really care and so are so helpful and kind and just lovely down to earth people. I would recommend this funeral directors to everyone I know.
Kind hearted, understanding and overall lovely genuine people. I couldn't of got through this journey without them.

I recommend Debbie Bennet Funeral Directors in Prescott 100%. 
All the staff made us feel as though we were the only people they had to deal with.
 They were professional , kind and empathetic. 
Their communication from the moment I spoke to David, on the phone, in the early hours one morning ( after my Dad died) & throughout the whole process was outstanding.
There was no sales pressure. David really understood what type of funeral we wanted which was a respectful & humble one. 
My 90 year old Mum was heartbroken and he was so good with her. He treated her with warmth & compassion. We will never forget that personal touch. Thank you

Everything was taken care of in a professional manner for my dad,  all staff were caring and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble and staff went above and beyond to assist especially Gemma.

Honestly thought they where nice at first. It soon be some clear that they are only interested in money.
My biggest regret was not moving my mum to cravens. Spoke to cravens as the behaviour at Debbie Bennetts made me sick.
Just didn't want to put my mum through it last minute.
After the funeral we still owed £600.
Due to this they refused to put my mum in the urn we had picked as gave us her in a Liverpool city council box.
Absolute horrors.
Would urge anyone to use cravens instead as we are using these for her burial and you could not get nicer people. I definitely think if we had have used these from the beginning it would have been a much nicer experience.
