Without doubt the staff at Debbie Bennett's helped to guide and support us through the loss of our beloved mum Jean .

From the first moment we stepped into the Prescot office they were kind compassionate and showed a wonderful human side to what they do . Their professionalism shone through in all of our dealings with them .

We as a family could not asked for a better service.

We can’t thank them enough every person we met treated us with care, compassion, respect and understanding. Can’t remember all names but Carl, Lois, Debbie and Steven exceptional Nothing was too much trouble. Lois and Debbie even came outside the office when we were driving past. Little thing which a massive impact. We know our dad was looked after from the minute he left his home until the day of the funeral. We will never forget how you made us feel . Thanks for dressing dad appropriately for his final Benidorm journey.

We had brilliant service from Debbie Bennett’s Bootle . Terri-Ann was very efficient did her job well. Wendy was lovely making sure the family was looked after, Joanne was great in organising the day and us . Dave the driver of first car was very understanding and polite . Sorry I don’t know the others drivers name . But the quality of service was exceptional. Would recommend them to everyone . Thank you so much Rainsford family xxx

Many thanks to all the team, especially Alison from the Rainhill office. Every aspect of planning the funeral was supported brilliantly, with such care and empathy. Nothing was too much to ask and lots of time was given very freely. We as a family are so grateful.

The team at the Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors, Bootle are amazing. The service they provide is second to none, all with a personal touch to everything they do.

No query or question was too much trouble, we were given support, guidance and advice throughout.

I don't think we could have picked anyone more fitting to help us say goodbye to our Dad.

I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff were extremely friendly and immediately put us at ease at a most distressing time. They were also very knowledgeable and came up with many helpful suggestions. Our list of requirements was quite extensive and they excelled themselves at meeting every one with a smile. The venues were absolutely superb and everything went without a hitch. From the moment I first contacted DB funeral home, the level of professionalism and empathy I experienced from them was truly outstanding. Their guidance, patience with my constant calls and willingness to address all my concerns was invaluable. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was handled with utmost care and respect. I especially appreciated how they remained after hours in the office so I could spend a few final precious moments with Dad alone on the day before his funeral.

I would also like extend my appreciation to David who was our FD on the day. His presence, assistance and calm demeanour provided us with a sense of reassurance during such an emotional event.

Given that we were coming from Liverpool, I really appriciated the kindness they showed by accommodating my request to pass by all of my father's previous homes in Liverpool on our way to the cemetery in St Helens. It was a deeply meaningful gesture that allowed us to honour his life and revisit the places that held cherished memories for both my Dad and for me. Their willingness to go the literal “extra mile/s”, demonstrated a level of compassion and understanding that I will forever remember and appreciate.

I have to make a specific mention of the lovely Alison in their Rainhill branch. Throughout the entire process, Alison exemplified professionalism, compassion, and respect. She provided a sense of comfort and guidance during a time of immense grief for me. Alisons attention to detail and coordination between everyone involved, ensured that the funeral service and all related arrangements were handled with the utmost care and precision.

Alison also arranged for us to have a celebrant called Chis Coulman officiate at my Dad's funeral, who was just superb. If you are looking for recommendations for someone who can lead your funeral service, you wont find anyone better than Chris.

My deepest gratitude goes our to the entire team at Debbie Bennett funeral home, who helped to make my Dads funeral such a seamless experience. The care and support you extended to my family and me exceeded all of my expectations and I cannot recommend them highly enough to you.

The people in Debbie Bennett’s in particular Anne took wonderful care of my mum and a special thank you to I think his name is David the funeral director on the day although there was a few hiccups he made sure he sorted it out for us she had the best send if we could of imagined so thank you

I can't praise these people at Debbie Bennetts Funeral Directors (Prescot Branch) enough, from the the girls at the funeral office, to the hearse and car drivers.They are kind, friendly, thoughtfull and tactfull.
