Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors in Prescot were outstanding in helping us as a family arrange my mums funeral.

On our first visit we meet with Ann who guided and supported us through the planning of mum's funeral with expertise, compassion, understanding and kindness.

Ann also looked after my mum with such respect ensuring she looked perfect every time the family visited and that we were never rushed while spending time with her before the final goodbye.

Tony Packwood who was the celebrant for mums service also showed the same compassion and kindness as Ann and all the staff at Debbie Bennetts meeting with the family to get a true sense of who mum was which allowed the service to be a celebration of mums life.

Rob Solomon who completed our order of services was amazing and took the time to recommend small personal touches.

Ann and the team at Debbie Bennetts are amazing and offer a truly personal first class service and I would highly recommend them.

From moment we contacted Debbie Bennett Independent Funeral Directors asking for quotes etc for Mums funeral the staff was nothing but friendly and even when something seemed stupid to ask ot was still bo trouble for them. Then on the day of mums funeral John was amazing and conducted everything so professionally and again nothing was a bother to them. All the staff at Debbie Bennett went above and beyond and still did after the funeral. Myself and my dad and sisters was amazed by the service provided and how well it was provided.

I would like to send out a special mention to both Allison's in the Rainhill office who were both so kind in helping us with the arrangements and taking care of dad in his final resting place, where we could visit him one last time

From our initial contact with terryanne at the Bootle branch to meeting joanne who led the funeral on the day we felt as if jane was like one of their own family. Nothing was too much trouble and the added thoughtful touches were so beautiful. We cannot praise the whole team highly enough.

We could not fault the kind and sympathetic way in which Debbie Bennetts (and particularly Terriann in the Bootle office) handled my Nan, Mary Clarke's funeral. Terriann was really caring in the planning of rhe funeral and was always so responsive on emails etc. The whole day went perfectly and we are so grateful.

Couldn’t fault the service we received from all at Debbie Bennett. From the girls in the office to the FD and staff on day of funeral . Nothing was too  much trouble and no hiccups whatsoever. Would highly recommend them at such a sad time .

From start to finish, Ali and Liz were so compassionate and understanding in regard all our needs for Dad. Nothing was too much trouble and Ali went over and above to ensure we were looked after throughout the entire experience!
The gents who picked dad up - driving to and from Yorkshire where we live (Dad is originally from St Helens) were fantastic. It takes a special kind of group of people who, in such circumstances, use humour to diffuse the tension and devastation at play. These guys were brilliant. David, funeral director and Jay m, limo driver looked after us incredibly - directing the day in a personable and beautiful way, always with the family and dad in the forefront of their priorities.
I would recommend DB highly to anyone who wants dignity, respect and a sense of humility at all times for your loved ones.

Wendy was fantastic and helped me through the most difficult time, which I'm truly grateful for. Carl our funeral director for the day of Mums funeral was faultless, friendly and professional.
