I genuinely don’t know where to start.  
Sadly we know when you have to engage the services of a funeral director it’s one of life’s tough tasks, after all it is a business, previous experiences of organising funerals has always left me feeling somewhat aggrieved because costs were hidden and vulnerabilities abused.

NOT this time, hand on heart from the initial call up to on the day care, Debbie’s team went above and beyond, costs were transparent, staff made us feel like family, all whilst seamlessly helping us through the most difficult of times
Its never easy to deal with organising a funeral but will be forever grateful to Wendy, Carl and the Old Roan team for your love, support, professionalism and service you were outstanding 🤍

Dads final journey was tailored to what he would have wanted….. all this staff being fantastic support to us all. The flowers were amazing exactly what we asked for. The service books beautifully tailored to dad for the service too The celebrant John Scott was very professional and listened to what we had to say. He made us all feel relaxed and summarised my dad’s life amazingly. Finally the lads on the day reassured us all the way and supported us on dad’s last  journey. Forever grateful to you all.

From start to finish the care, compassion, and attention given to our family and my late husband was excellent from start to finish.
From our first meeting with Gemma, to speaking with Lois and John everything was thoroughly explained. Nothing was too much trouble and they took care of every aspect, even down to ordering the flowers. I felt my husband was in really safe hands and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending their services to anyone wanting a first class funeral director.

From start to finish I cannot fault this company. They gave my dad the utmost care & compassion & they were so caring with us too. Everything went to plan & my dad had a good send off. He was an Everton fan & we even drove past there for him one last time. They sorted everything out for us at such a sad time. I would highly recommend Debbit Bennett's undertakers. From the time we lost Dad and instructed Debbie and family to look after everything I can wholeheartedly say Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors have been phenomenal. From day 1 when John came to pick Dad up we knew we had chosen the right people. I have never known people to be so welcoming polite courteous and friendly they make you feel comfortable and safe.
The girls in the office Especially Alison who we dealt with the most along with Debbie were amazing. They explained everything professionally and in a warm manner. I was quite nervous about going to office because you have an image of what a funeral home would be. However Debbie's blew my mind it was so welcoming and warm and had lovely atmosphere . The whole process was discussed and explained to us perfectly. I just want to say massive massive thank you to Debbie's for looking after Dad.
I wholeheartedly recommend this amazing Funeral Directors for your loved ones because the people who will look after your loved ones are Beautiful inside and out and have big hearts.
Everything was exceptional

We were so happy with the way the Bootle Branch conducted & dealt with everything for my Brother Peters Funeral, nothing was too much trouble & they were so caring, each & every one of them should be proud of how they manage themselves..

We were looked after very well, there were just a couple of things church related eg no choir that would have made the funeral better
