Absolutely 5* service in a very hard situation. Right from the moment we met Lois and the team at the Prescott branch they gave 100%. My grandfather insisted on starting the arrangements the morning after we lost nan but as soon as he walked in to the branch everything got too much and he took a funny turn. They immediately sat him down got water and gave him all the time he needed. They also understood this was going to be too much for him and didn't hesitate liasing with me instead (granddaughter). They took us home from that appointment as I had said we would get a taxi home. Absolutely nothing was too much for them and in the chapel of rest nanny looked so perfect I actually had to stop myself from thinking I could see her just sleeping. The care they put into their clients is clear to see from start to finish and I will forever be thankful for what they have done for my family.

The service we received from Debbie Bennett’s Funeral Directors was second to none. Gemma was so informative and helpful throughout the whole process. Absolute credit to the company. Alison at the Rainhill branch was also incredible and felt like family when we visited Nathan. Debbie Bennett’s in Rainhill were fantastic, Alison making us welcome and looking after dad once there. Karl collecting my dad to his funeral was brilliant. Both him and Dave made my dads farewell go off without any issue. Not to forget Steve doing the order of service. A big thanks goes to Dave our celebrant who managed to capture everything about my dad and his life.  We as a family can only thank everyone.

They have been wonderful, supportive and very helpful. They took care of all the officialdom leaving us to concentrate on the details which were so important to us. Lois was very understanding and compassionate as were all the staff helping to give our gorgeous son a magnificent send off.
