This is the second time we've used Debbie Bennett, it was so easy , stress free at a stressful time. They walked and talked us through the whole process. It made life a bit easier.

The team at Debbie Bennett supported us really well throughout the whole process. I could always call Lois if I had any issues and John and Dave took great  care of us on the day of the funeral. However, all of the team we came into contact with seem to really care and often went above and beyond for us.  I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Debbie Bennett to anyone who’s looking to organise a funeral.

My husband died suddenly at work and the shock was immense,but from the first phone call Debbie and her team were amazing, the kindness and empathy i received pulled me threw, they sorted everything. On the actual day of the funeral their professionalism and respect that was shown to everyone especially my late husband was amazing. I can't thank them enough

From our first initial appointment with Lois at the Prescot Branch we were treated with amazing care & compassion. We were kept upto date with all the process along the way until the day of my husbands funeral. We had a visit from the gentleman in charge of running the day the day before the funeral, so on the day we knew exactly what to expect. The 2 gentleman driving the funeral cars were lovely put us at ease and somehow knew exactly what to say. We'd definitely recommend these lovely helpful & caring people .

Dear Debbie this is just to say how overwhelmed I have been in the service in that your staff provided to both Susan and myself husband. Your driver's and John were exceptional you made a very sad day a bearable one. Also the office were amazing looking after me when wheelchair bound making sure I got in and out of the office safely. The team at Debbie Bennett's are amazing nothing is to much trouble thay are all so friendly and helpful. They add that personal touch that others dont. They take care of everything and make you feel that your loved one is cared for as if they were part of their family. There office is so calm an welcoming not misserable and dull the staff are so dedicated to there job they are amazing. I am so glad i went with them they came highly recomended and i can now see why. They made a terrible time so much more easy to deal with i am so thankful to them all x

Alison and the whole team at the Rainhill branch were amazing. From first contact through every step they were sensitive, completely understanding and compassionately professional. Incredibly professional but personal, kind and warm. The staff at Rainhill are incredible. Alison, Alan Dave and Carl made the darkest of times lighter. Nothing was too much, no question too daft and they advised us openly regarding price throuought.

After going with Debbie Bennett’s for my farther funeral almost a year ago mum wanted to go with them for hers and Wendy is an utter angel and patience off a saint she has guided us though every step off the way making sure my mum had the best send off honestly can not thank her enough or the team was such an amazing touch the little extras they do on the day from wearing mums favourite colour to Carl bowing his head showing so much respect before guiding  my mum on her final journey 
We recommend everyone about Debbie Bennett’s who make you feel like family honestly they make a dark time a little bit brighter xx

At what was a very difficult and sad time, Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors (Rainhill) and their team provided the compassion, professionalism and support that was needed. Dad passed away whilst on holiday in Iceland and Debbie Bennett helped liaise with the Icelandic Funeral Directors in getting dad repatriated quickly. Throughout the process, from first phone call to final farewell, everything was handled with dignity, care, attention to detail, empathy and patience. No question was ever too small and we were always made welcome to call in or phone on any point of detail. The family are very grateful to Debbie Bennett in helping to give dad the send off he deserved. A special thank you to Alison Rowe for all her help, advice, and support along the way and to John Duffy on the day, but all the team involved have our gratitude.

I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of compassionate and professional funeral care.
