From my initial meeting with Joanne I felt supported and understood.
The professionalism and attentiveness made a very difficult time easier to manage. We particularly appreciate how patiently Joanne answered all our questions and helped us with the funeral arrangements and for the the passion given with the care for Mum from when she arrived at the funeral home right through to the day of the funeral. It was an excellent funeral service from start to finish
I didn't have any worries because the staff handled everything for me. My first impression was how warm and understanding they were.
I really loved the flowers and the two funeral men were amazing on the day of the funeral

From the first phone call to meeting up with Lois. The whole service was top quality. The accommodated us so weak. Took the strain out of everything. And the Celabrant dave the put into us was outstanding. Everyone commented on the whole service. Even down to the drivers wearing red ties to fit in with the 6 carrying the coffin. Thanks once again. We can’t thank Wendy and her lovely team enough for taking care of us and of our dear dad/husband. Such compassion and empathy, Wendy was a strength and a comfort to us when we were so bewildered. The chapel of rest was lovely. On the day of the cremation, our funeral Director Dave was like a friend to us, having visited us at home the day before to get to  know us and help with our questions. Thankyou Wendy and Dave, it meant more than you know to have you help us through our sadness, bringing light and smiles to our faces. Bless you xxx
