Debbie Bennett’s were excellent throughout the whole process. They took such good care of my mum with so much love & respect. The ladies in the office were there for me whenever I had any questions. The funeral was arranged with a beautiful service and the undertaker David and drivers On the day were so lovely on such a hard day for our family.. Amy McDowell the celebrant gave such a fitting service.. Just no problems at all, I would definitely recommend Debbie Bennett’s for anyone who needs their services in the future.. 1st class x

Excellent service from Lois, Amy and all the staff there at Debbie Bennetts. They made us feel completely comfortable and relaxed and there wasn't anything they wouldn't do. My mum had a lovely send off which was all that mattered. Big hug for Dinky too.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, all the staff at the Prescot directors couldn’t do enough for you, nothing was a problem, Ann and Lois who dealt with us were amazing as were all the drivers on the day of the funeral, they put us at ease as soon as they arrived and continued to be professional and respectful throughout the day.

Very kind understanding staff. Very patient and caring. Funeral tailor made for our requirements. Family member was in the chapel of Rest where we were encouraged to visit whenever we wished to. I was very happy with the overall service given at this very sad time.

I can highly recommend Debbie Bennett funeral services to everyone.
My initial meeting with Allison in the Rainhill office put me at ease as I had no idea what arranging a funeral entailed. She organised everything while liasing with me to ensure we had the best possible service for my friend, who looked beautiful in her coffin.
The whole funeral service, leaflets,flowers and the speaker were all arranged by Allison.
The director of the funeral- David L., the driver and the pallbearers were all amazing.
Thank you all for making a very sad occasion a nice memory for us all. Steve.

From first contact with Alison at the rainhill branch we were treated with the upmost care and kindness. Alison has a way of arranging things like your just having a chat which made the whole thing easier. All the other staff members from people passing through to the drivers on the day were incredibly kind and Debbie's whole team are amazing. Thank you for looking after my mum and us in such a lovely way.
