We can’t thank Carl enough, from the very start he was there for us in more ways than one. He was helpful, informative but most importantly was compassionate and caring, and it was genuine, you could tell he wasn’t just doing things because it’s “his job” he honestly made the process so much easier through the most difficult time of our lives. We can’t thank everyone at Debbie Bennett (Bootle) enough. Right from the first telephone conversation through to the very end. All staff members have been amazing, nothing was too much trouble, they listened to what we wanted and advised us every step of the way. They got to know us as a family and they got to know exactly what type of person our mum was, they gave us so much comfort during the hardest time of our lives. Our mum looked beautiful, peaceful and we knew she was in safe hands. We would like to thank everyone for their care and attention, special thanks to Terriann, Joanne, Gemma, Dave and the other drivers.  Thank you from Barry, Paul, Laura and Kate

Debbie Bennetts FD, Rainhill. I would highly reccommend the Funeral Service that they provide. Alison gave excellent Customer Service throughout the whole process. She made the whole process so much easier, explaining everything at every stage. She was constantly in touch making sure that all the details asked for were correct and completed as requested. The funeral ran so well and Carl was exeptional. My husband was in the Army and all the gentlemen provided were all ex military which was a lovely touch. I feel the funeral would not have been as lovely as it was if I had used any other funeral directors. Thank you for making Robs final farewll so memorable. I will be asking my family to have my funeral with Debbie Bennetts.

I would to take this opportunity the thank each and every person who supported me over the last few weeks to organise my dads funeral. The love care, empathy and dignity they shown was second to none. we go into contact with debbie bennett independent funeral services as we found ourselves in a situation were we was stuck as our friend who had passed away and had very little family we as his friends had to do his funeral on very short notice and limited funds debbie greatly helped us out she went above and beyond for us and put our worried minds at ease 

not only did jon get a beautiful service and funeral he had the most amazing funeral directors that got us through the hardest days of our lives thankyou to debbie bennett and all her amazing staff
