The service we received was excellent from start to finish. We were comforted immediately and each time we visited we were looked after completely. Wendy put us at ease and made a difficult process moving ch more bearable. All of our wishes were met and accommodated. 
The funeral itself was managed exceptionally. All of the staff were approachable and friendly  they allowed time for us to speak to guests afterwards before we needed to go to the cemetery. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needed to use the service.

Wow what a fantastic service we have received from start to finish. Wendy made us feel at ease from the moment we contacted the company she was lovely friendly, Knowledgeable open and honest. Joanne and Keith made the day so lovely they were kind and polite and even took us round Christopher’s favourite place Liverpool f c before heading to the crem. All of your staff are a credit to you Debbie, at one of the hardest times in our lives they made us comfortable, and look after us like we were one of your own thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping give Christopher the send off he deserved xxx

Mum wanted a simple direct cremation. She was collected from her nursing home with dignity and kindness which was commented on by the nursing staff. We lost Don, a lovely husband, father and grandfather. We appointed Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors (Bootle) to organise the funeral. We wanted an independent, family run firm, who would support us through a very difficult time. The team were outstanding, always compassionate, professional and highly efficient, anticipating and delivering all of our requirements. The level of personal service and communication provided by the team was exceptional. In addition, their recommended third party suppliers (the Celebrant, printers and florists) were also excellent. The funeral was beautiful and perfect. We would highly recommend them. Particular thanks to the organiser, Terriann, and the funeral director, Joanne.

Everything about the arrangements for my husband, Eamon’s funeral was excellent. The staff when I made the arrangements were kind, comforting, helpful and extremely supportive. They encouraged me to call in at any time. The Funeral Director and drivers on the day of the funeral couldn’t have done more to help us. I can’t speak too highly of Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors. They were everything I needed during that sad and very difficult time.

High quality service, support and professionalism were evident throughout. Lois, who helped us arrange our mum's funeral, was so helpful. The communication was first class and the arrangements were exactly what we wanted. At such a stressful time, having Debbie Bennett's organise the funeral was such a relief.
