 Stonemans our very attentive, supportive, comforting and professional. The team take much of the stress away from your situation, due to their good contacts in the industry and very good recommendations of others to help.  Michael Beech  was our director, and he was fantastic in very difficult circumstances, due to our grandad needing to be buried in North Nottinghamshire, and the rest of the service being in Reigate later that day. He arranged everything very professionally .

The staff; Brian, Val and Molly offered superb service at a very difficult time for my sons and myself. They ensured that all elements for the funeral were given full consideration. The tone of  the conversations in the planning stage was very important to me and they all communicated incredibly well with compassion and sensitivity.

The difficult day was handled with total professionalism with friends and family commenting to me how impressed they were with the funeral staff.

I can't recommend Molly Stoneman too highly.  Apart from all the traits you would hope an undertaker to have (reliability, attention to detail, competence, etc) nothing was too much trouble.  She is uber efficient, immensely compassionate (without being overly familiar), and has a very positive 'can do' attitude.  She went way over and above the call of duty, countless times.  On the day itself, Molly was calmly reassuring and utterly professional.  Molly Stoneman is the genuine article.

We were treated with courtesy and compassion and the funeral itself far exceeded our expectations and we're sure Dad would have been so pleased with the service provided.
