Exceptional.  Everyone was very professional, showed empathy and was informative.  I dealt primarily with Grace and to say she was amazing is an understatement.  Losing my husband was devastating and Grace helped lessen the pain I was going through by being attentive, understanding and caring.  Grace made a very difficult time in my life bearable, especially when I asked questions as nothing seemed to be too much trouble.  Thank you to everyone concerned and a really big thank you to Grace. I recently lost my beautiful dad  
A lovely lady called Angela Mc Tear came to my home and organised the funeral with me. 
She was very professional and friendly which helped my anxiety at such a difficult time. There was another wonderful lady called Karen which I saw at the funeral parlour it was hard walking through those doors but the  friendly, engaging chatty lady really helped me get through it. The communication was fantastic the team on the day of the funeral were very professional and there is the lovely mollie who talked me through everything on the day. Thank you to all of you

From my very first contact with Stonemans until the funeral I have nothing but praise for them.  They have provided a wonderfully kind, supportive and efficient service.  Grace, the administrator was amazing and confidence inspiring, as were the other members of the office staff.
