Absolute FIRST CLASS Service, from the passing of my mother in her

Nursing Home to her Funeral.

Emma is a credit to Stoneman's so accomodating in every aspect,

communication by return, due to family needing to attend "Grandma's" Funeral

from Australia we required a specific date, Emma went out of her way to arrange

this with the Crematorium which was an absolute relief to the family, arranged

the Webcast for those who were unable to attend & sort the Obituaries Page for

donations.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Stoneman's for their excellent

service and would highly recommend in every aspect for taking care of a Funeral

From beginning to end, Stoneman have been everything I could have wanted and more. Angela in the Tadworth office was warm, welcoming and supportive through the whole process. Any member of the team I spoke to was very helpful. The gentlemen caring for dad on the day of the funeral were very professional and took every bit of extra love and care where they could. Although I hope I won’t be using them again anytime soon, I would recommend Stoneman again in a heartbeat, thank you all for giving dad a lovely send off.

Stoneman led us gently through the process of planning Mum's funeral, liaising with crematorium and church, and helping us to make the necessary decisions. They were extremely efficient in producing the draft order of service as soon as they had all the information from us. On the day, everything went gently and smoothly and the staff were a great support, making sure we knew what to do at each point of the proceedings, and taking care of the practicalities.

The service provided by stonemans was excellent., from the moment Grace came to my house to work it all out to the compassion shown when we came to the chapel of rest to see my mother. The funeral directors were wonderful, so caring, even taking mums flowers back to Doran court for us to pick up the next day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants the best service that can be provided at this difficult time. A massive thank you to them.
