Her speed & efficiency being second to none. Her lovely words & caring attitude was most appreciated  at such a difficult time. Michael Beech and Steve were amazing.  With challengers they faced with the local vicar refusing to allow grave space. Their support and help was amazing.   The alternative that they suggested was just the right burial space close to her old parish and in a beautiful, tranquil spot.  Michael, thank you for Compassion at such a stressful time

We would have appreciated written email confirmations after each telephone call, especially for crucial items such as time & costs.
- We were under the impression that the time was 2:45 when it was 3:45 and only realised that it was different during our conversation with the Reverend!
- The estimate also seemed different to our call.

We requested to be called before the undertakers removed the body from the house, or given an approximate time. Unfortunately, we didn't receive that call.

Apart from the above, Mollie did a good job and we were pleased with the service. Thank you. the

An extremely professional and caring company. Because of the current situation with the Corona Virus we were only able to have ten attendees but we were really well looked after by Mollie Stoneman. She dealt with everything ensuring that we had no worries or concerns about arrangements for my late father at a particularly difficult time. I can thoroughly recommend their services.

With the sad loss of my father in the midst of all this chaos and him having died from the consequences of Corona Virus, I cannot praise Stoneman Funeral Services higher. Molly and her team were quite wonderful, making what could have been so awful, a really beautiful cremation. The lead up and organisation was handled with tenderness, care and above all total professionalism with a real human touch. Thank you so much.

The staff were very helpful and guided me through the necessary arrangements. The online obituary facility was incredibly useful in sharing information with friends and relatives. Finally, due to changing circumstances, (Coronavirus) when we needed to alter our arrangements, they remained flexible and supportive.

From the initial call informing them of my wife's death, all the arrangements went very smoothly. A time and day for the cremation was made promptly after they received the necessary paperwork. A celebrant was arranged, and she came to see me within a few days, I found her very helpful with suggestions for the service - many guests commented how good she was, after the service.
I was able to arrange to view my wife before the service. She looked peaceful, and was dressed in the clothes I had supplied which included a colourful top that my wife had made herself.
The hearse arrived in good time for the service. The staff were well presented and respectful in their handling of the coffin.
I was very satisfied with all aspects of the work that Stoneman's undertook. I have used the firm for other family deaths in the past, as did my father before me, He and I have always been very satisfied with their work.
I hope I have covered all the aspects necessary in this review.

Stonemans made the whole sad experience easier by being very understanding and dignified from start to finish. Chris and his team were very helpful and professional on the day. Thank you for making it special for my dad. He had a good send off and can now RIP.

Stonemans  were very professional and compassionate as they guided the family through the entire process of organising our late Mother's funeral.  Everything was explained to us by Clare Lush who made what was a very sad occasion easier to deal with.  Stonemans organised everything while keeping us informed and promptly answering any questions we had.
The staff who accompanied Mum and the family on the day of the funeral were also very obliging and respectful.  Stonemans were excellent.
