Michael at Crawley Down was absolutely wonderful.
Bit put out by the extra "out of hours" collection fee. Didn't know you had to die between 9am and 5pm.

I couldn’t have had a better service. The staff in particular Kate had a lovely manner and made things easier at a difficult time. Everything was thought about and I was confident leaving them to make arrangements with the church and cemetery. An excellent service in all departments.

We were very happy with the care and concern received. Kate was so sympathetic and we do not know his name but the gentleman at Sussex and Surrey Crem who guided into and out of the service was lovely. I've used Stoneman's a few times now and have always been impressed with the level of service and compassion. Kate was fantastic, the guys who carried the coffin were very professional. Will only ever use them, highly recommend.

Stoneman have been extraordinary in their care, compassion, organisation and exemplary personal service. All delivered with respect, politeness gentleness and kindness. Always greeted with open arms by whoever answered the door, then checking whether Grace, our personal attendant, was available, who invariably managed to find the time to see me even when'popping' in with a question or delivering personal items to be with my Mum. Grace is a very special young lady with wisdom beyond her years, her calmness, sensitivity and attention to detail an asset to the company for sure. I will be forever grateful to them for helping a painful process be one of dignity when saying goodbye to my 'rock'. I can't thank them all enough for making a difference at such a sensitive time. From the moment they arrived to our house it was very formal but beautiful which is exactly what my mum would of wanted they were brilliant then we arrived at Surrey and Sussex crem it was a very sad day but all the guys where fab and Barney the service speaker was absolutely fantastic he spoke as if he knew my mum for years and walked out feeling proud and would totally recommend stoneman and Barney for there amazing service x

Michael and his colleagues at Stoneman have been hugely helpful throughout, taking a lot of the stress out of the arrangements and ensuring everything went well on the day. As mum died while on holiday overseas there were some extra complications to deal with, with various different parties and Michael handled this for us very well. Lots of people commented on how nice the order of service was.

Emma treated my family with respect and kindness at all times. I was dreading organising my husbands funeral. 
But as soon as I met her she was so kind and explained everything that needed to be organised. Nothing I asked was to much trouble. My husbands funeral was so well organised thanks to Emma and her team. I will forever be grateful for Emma’s kindness at a sad and very difficult time.
