The service we received from Stoneman’s was outstanding. At such a difficult time, they were professional, respectful and caring throughout. Each step was explained and no request was too difficult to arrange. Chris, in particular, was always on hand to provide advice and guidance. I cannot thank them all enough and would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family, should the need arise.

Outstanding care, compassion and professionalism from the whole team at all times. Grace went above and beyond with her care and commitment to help at a very stressful time, especially when the phone lines went down, phoning from her personal mobile to ensure contact was in place. Her lovely, calm, reassuring manner, her friendly smile and her attention to deal ensured that the service was exactly how my late husband would have wished. I would definitely recommend them as they had been recommend to me also.

Stonemans have been directing our family's funerals for many generations and I can see why. Everything they did was flawless. All of the organisational elements leading up to the funeral were handled with compassion and great efficiency by Grace and on the day itself by Chris, who really looked after us. The way they dealt with the whole process had a very calming effect and meant that we were able to celebrate our Mother's life in the best way we could have hoped, notwithstanding the pandemic. Trying to organise a funeral from 120 miles distance during a covid lockdown is not easy! Stoneman staff were a great help with the formalities required after someone dies and provided me with information to make things so much easier. We were unable to travel to the crematorium in Sussex as we live in Warwickshire so Stoneman gave me information which enabled me to arrange a webcast directly from the crematorium which gave us a permanent record of the funeral service.

Pleasant helpful staff, easy to deal with at an emotional time.
