Stonemans were recommended to me by a relative. They helped make the arrangements as easy and smooth as possible, and always asked me how I was feeling every step of the way. They have great connection to the team at the cemetery making the handover of information seamless.

would like to start by saying what an amazing kind, caring and compassionate team they all are at Stonemans and our family cannot thank them enough for this. At the very first meeting that we had with Kate for our Dads funeral, we were so reassured about the service that we would receive from the team at Stonemans and made a very stressful situation a little more bearable. In the lead up to the funeral, l we were able to have regular contact in regards to the organisation of the day so that it ran smoothly and no request made was ever too much for them. I must also mention how amazing our Dads coffin looked as we had a picture coffin designed and this was organised and co-ordinated by Grace and we really appreciated all the effort you did to make our Dads coffin so special. I have to also inform people that the team went over and above to support us the night before the funeral as the flower tributes and the coffin spray arrived and were not to a standard that we expected from the florist who carried out the work, which also left our mum very distressed about this. The team at Stonemans arranged for another florist to assist with amending all of the flowers so that they were to a standard that we were happy with to be on display on the day. Lastly, I would like to say a thank you to Will and all of the Bearers on the evening before and the day of the funeral for showing our Dad so much respect and looking after us all throughout the day. So to Kate, Grace, Emma, Will, Mollie and all of the Bearers A huge Thank You x

Stonemans have been so amazing at the worst time in our lives. Our son was only 16 years old. We can't say enough to them for being absolutely fantastic and giving us great comfort. Freddie had the best send off that he could possible have had. A special mention to Mollie and Will for being just fab and the biggest of thanks to Emma for taking extra special care of Fred and just being there for myself Paul and Harrison. We honestly couldn't have got through without you x

We have used the company twice before unfortunately, and I had no reservations about using them for my Mum who recently passed. They are very good at their jobs and we received excellent advice and very fair costs. Nothing was to much trouble and their help was very warmly received. I hope not to have to use them in near future but I know when I need them they will help. I thank them in helping making the send off my mum very special .

The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is the non appearance of someone in the car park to show mourners where to leave their cars - as had been indicated when the funeral was arranged. Otherwise all very well done, thank you.

This is the second time we have engaged Stoneman funeral services. Once again, their attention to detail to make sure everything is perfect whilst remaining sensitive to our emotions at a very difficult time, is very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. First class service.

Stonemans took the weight off our shoulders by making all the arrangements: putting us in touch with a lovely Celebrant, organising a live stream for family & friends who couldn't attend in person and printing the orders of service. Also, we were having a colourful funeral so were delighted that they acknowledged this by wearing pink ties. Thank you for making such a difficult day so easy for us.

From start to finish they were so kind and helpful when planning mum's funeral, and on the day they went over and above to make sure it went perfectly. Kate at Stonemans has been brilliant and managed to sort everything out for us and has been a very good, kind and concerned point of contact.
Every phone call and visit I had in the lead up to and after the funeral was met with sympathy and understanding of how difficult this time is and can be.

Molly especially went above and beyond and supported us throughout this distressing process. It certainly made the whole process so much easier for us all.

Whilst our mother was alive she was adamant to pay upfront for her funeral after Stonemans dealt with our fathers funeral 9 years ago. Stonemans were fantastic with both funerals. All arrangements and dealings for our mothers recent funeral was dealt with empathy, patience and consideration. Grace was very organised, sympathetic, kind and nothing was too much trouble. All communication was conveyed efficiently and everything was explained properly. This high level of professionalism continued on the day with all the other members of Stonemans helping us, showing the right level of respect for the situation, dealing with the travel arrangements to and from the church, crematorium and the wake. The situation was so stressful but knowing people around you were taking the lead and trusting their judgment on the arrangements was reassuring. 
We can not thank you enough.

We were looked after by Grace who dealt with everything in a calm and Sympathetic manner. She put us in touch with Karen who officiated at the funeral.
It all went well and was just what we wanted for Peter's funeral.

From the moment I lost my husband to the moment he was buried they were with me supporting me all the way!!!!
