Sadly this is the second time I have needed to use there services and yet again they provided a 5star service. Very professional and nothing was to difficult even when I changed my mind on a few things.

Right from the initial contact to the funeral itself the service was superb .

I cannot praise Stoneman's for the highly professional and dignified way they handled my husbands funeral.
They were patient, compassionate, helpful and gave sound advice. Nothing was too much trouble, no request to far.
As a family we had for many years used another funeral directors for family funeral. We were disapointed with the last one. Therefore, when my husband passed away I decided to approach Stonemans, I am so pleased I did.
I arrived upset and unsure. I recieved a warm welcome, practical advice, lots of information and help. I left feeling supported and reassured that my husbands arrangements were in safe hands.
I cannot recommend Stoneman's Funeral Service highly enough.

Grace was amazing and was really good at explaining the process to myself and my mum during a very emotional time. We were treated with respect and kept updated continuously whilst we awaited the day of the funeral.When visiting my grandma, Grace ensured that our wishes were met and that grandma was treated with dignity. On the day of the funeral there were unforeseen and challenging circumstances that the staff should not have had to deal with, but rob who was at the funeral was appropriate at all times despite things been incredibly challenging. After the funeral Grace ensured us that my grandma's ashes were back at the funeral home and that we could collect them in our own time. 
We could not fault any of the staff at stoneman's. They were all truly incredible throughout the whole process.

Stoneman Funeral service were caring and friendly. Everything was done by them, giving us total peace of mind. Thanks to them all went like clockwork on the day. The cars were comfortable and spacious. We were looked after from beginning to end and felt safe knowing they had everything under control. They looked after my Mother in the chapel of rest and were very thoughtful about us visiting the chapel.
We would recommend them to anyone.

 I can’t thank Stoneman Funeral Service enough for all their help with every aspect of my Mum’s funeral. From the minute I met Kate, I was treated with sensitivity and kindness. Kate guided me through everything before the funeral and the funeral went without a hitch.
