I cannot thank the team at Stoneman Funeral Services at Doran Court enough for all they have done towards the organisation of my mother’s funeral. Grace, Emma and Sharon were amazing! They took so much of the burden from my shoulders during such a difficult time and made sure the day of the funeral ran smoothly. The Chapel and Lounge were a perfect venue and we were able to give my mother a wonderful send off.

From the first phone call I sent Stoneman Funeral services couldn't have been more gentle and caring. Picking up during the night, to organising the funeral, to the actual funeral and the picking up of the ashes. Everybody seemed like friends, nothing was too much bother. Several of my friends didn't realise you could have a service and wake within the same building, almost as if it was a private house. Thank you so much.

Grace was amazing from the start to finish with nothing to much trouble. Grace went above and beyond and with daffodils not being in season Grace thought how much mum loved them she went and sorted them out for service sheets. Amazing lady with commitment, compassion and empathy. Thanks Grace 😊

Grace was very good at organising mums funeral, any question we asked was no trouble and with a quick reply. Lovely phonecall day before the funeral asking whether everything was OK and clarifying what would happen on the day who funeral bearers were.
You can tell this is a caring company the moment you walked in the door, for that we will be eternally grateful.

Stoneman Funeral Service organised a flawless, modern and highly personalised day for our Mum last week. Many of the friends and family who attended commented that it was a beautiful and uplifting service. Throughout our engagement with Stoneman we felt that Mum – as well as us – were very well looked after which helped removed a lot of the anxiety we could have otherwise felt. Highly recommended.

Val has been Amazing throughout our Greatest Loss Our Darling Mum.
Val has been at the end of the phone for every question and every words of comfort.
We never doubted Vals service to myself and my brother..
We have used Stoneman b4 a few times when we have lost family members..

Dealing with Emma at Stoneman Funeral Service has been a comfort at such a difficult time. 
They looked after my Dad with such tenderness for him, and compassion for me, in the peaceful environment of the Redhill/Reigate location.
The communication in all decisions and planning are second to none. They were flexible and supportive, and highly organised too.
My mum passed last year and we used a different well known funeral service - we were distressed at the lack of care.
Stoneman have showed us how it should and can be done.

We really can't thank Stoneman's enough for the service provided for our darling Dad's funeral. And an especially big thank you goes to Odette at their Crawley Down branch, who showed so much compassion and genuine care when we needed help or guidance regarding the Service and Wake. We cannot fault anything and the day could not have gone any better. My Dad would have been very proud. As a family, we cannot thank Grace (and everyone at Stoneman’s) enough. Grace has been amazing and really helped us with one of the most difficult times of our lives. Her compassion and understanding cannot be faulted. After waiting a long time to be able to hold the funeral, Grace secured a quick turnaround so we only had to wait less than two weeks following our initial appointment at Stoneman’s. We loved the personal touch and genuinely got the impression they would have done anything to help us. We appreciated the time they gave us and ensured it wasn’t all doom and gloom but we were able to talk and joke about the happy memories we had of our mum. Thank you so much for everything, we really are grateful. The funeral was as perfect as it could have been- the only person who would have loved to have seen it was our mum- it was exactly how we wanted it. Thank you.
