The family and I can't recommend Stoneman Funeral Services highly enough.

Every detail was attended to in a timely manner, thanks to a dedicated team, but especially to the personal attention of Fiona [our funeral arranger].

The service in the Chapel was intimate and special, and the option to walk next door to enjoy refreshments in the spacious lounge was clearly appreciated by the 45 attendees. This unique set-up offered by Stoneman was welcomed by all. For those arriving by car, there was no problem regarding parking.

This is a family business which has earned the reputation it so richly deserves.

from the first day speaking to sharon who was so helpful helping us obtain the death certificate and then to fiona helping us to arrange the funeral nothing was too much bother for her or sharon when i rang up they were always kind and reassuring. thanks also for the gentleman that looked after us at the funeral cant remember his name he was so lovely kind and cheery just what we needed. i have used stonemans before and will always use them again. thankyou your all amazing.

My contact at Stoneman Funeral Service was Emma Watson. She was extremely efficient and handled everything in a very professional way but, at the same time, she guided us through what is a very difficult time with great empathy. The printing of the Order of Service was also excellent, despite me changing it several times. The delivery of the body to the crematorium and the help and advice given there was very much appreciated. Thank you to all of the team.

From our first meeting with Stoneman’s, Emma reassured us and calmly explained everything very clearly and kindly. Emma made the whole process as easy as it could be at such a difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble and everything worked out perfectly. On the day itself our Funeral Director, Will, was very considerate and kindly guided us through the days events calmly, again we felt we could ask anything we needed and it felt like every care was given to make sure everything went as well as possible.

Emma was amazing I live in mid wales and from my very first call Emma helped and supported me through everything over the phone and email which was what I needed. We were very happy with your services from.beginning to end

There was just o e thing that I felt needed changing. We were informed by email that .y father's ashes were ready for collection. I would think that in the circumstances a phone call would be preferred. I did mention this to a member of your staff upon collection. She did say you normally ring first, however I did not get a call.
