What Families Say
AI SummaryMany families emphasise how much they valued the support and guidance they received throughout the funeral planning process, with staff taking care of practical arrangements, coordinating with crematoriums and celebrants, and keeping them informed at each stage. Several mention how this reduced their stress at an already difficult time, allowing them to focus on grieving rather than managing logistics.
The funeral day itself features prominently in what families say, with most describing how calmly and professionally everything unfolded, how they were guided through each moment, and how the staff's respectful manner and attention to detail made the day as smooth and dignified as possible.
Communication runs through the reviews repeatedly, with families noting that staff answered questions readily, returned calls and emails promptly, produced service materials efficiently, and maintained contact before and after the funeral, creating a sense that they were supported throughout rather than abandoned once arrangements were complete.

From the very start we felt at ease , knowing stonemans handled everything. Sorted out the crematorium and booking the celebrant. It took a lot of worry away. Communication was fantastic and they kept us informed all the way , sending us the draft for the service book . Highly highly recommend!

Such wonderful compassionate service every step of the way. From the initial meeting to discuss options to the day of the funeral and after Stoneman were amazing. I will forever be grateful for Julia taking up the heavy lifting so I and my family could grieve and get to grips with all the other things that have to be done at this time.
