From start to finish the team at Stoneman's, especially Michael, have been amazing. They made every step seem so seamless and stress free. Its a difficult time with everything you need to deal with following the passing of a loved one and they made my life so much easier. Only thing I would have Stoneman's add to their standard offering is the photo service at the cremation. The celebrant suggested it and Michael kindly added to the package, it was an amazing tribute that I would recommend. Its easy to do with the link that Stoneman's send to you and the company pick up any queries with you directly. I would highly recommend Stoneman's and would never go anywhere else.

Stoneman’s were everything we needed them to be, I’ve never had to deal with organising a funeral before but they were so lovely and explained everything beforehand, such nice people and really took a lot of the stress of organising the funeral - I would not hesitate in using their services again 

Of particular note were Marilyn whom we dealt with regarding all the paperwork etc and Brian who was the chap who looked after us on the day - such lovely people thank you

The whole service and attitude conveyed by your staff was professional and exemplary.  
Thank you also for all the support, guidance and assistance in the lead up, planning and preparation of the service for which we are very appreciative.  
All the family have commented on the service and dignity conveyed to my late father, for which we are all very thankful.

Mollie was very helpful and attentive n the organisation of my mothers funeral.   She and the whole team were organised and very professional on the day and ensured my family and I had nothing to worry about. She liaised with varying different companies and her communications were regular and precise.

The staff at Stoneman's were very helpful. We were offered lots of choice and they were very accommodating. The Celebrant they paired us with was a very lovely person. They all helped us to give my Mother a very nice send off.

We cannot thank you enough. From the moment we stepped through the door, we felt very well looked after. Clare handled everything with the upmost care and sensitivity. All of our requests were honoured, the attention to detail was perfect and nothing was too much trouble. On the day, Michael and his team were so professional and patient. Stonemans provided an excellent , dignified and compassionate support throughout this sad period of time. Mollie Stoneman was outstanding, from her clear understanding of our wishes, to ensuring that everything we requested was done compassionately and with style. She even arranged sun, blue skies and bird song for the burial. The Teardrop willow casket she acquired was perfect for my wife, and she provided suitable facilities so my daughter could decorate the casket with flowers in advance of the funeral. Highly recommend Stoneman's services
