Despite all the delays, caused by us, everything we asked for was accommodated. Then again I have always thought that Neil is one of your best funeral arrangers, LOL. Seriously though Catherine and Caroline were wonderfully professional throughout. Everything was done with the wishes of my family in mind. Obstacles were overcome with ease, and everything went so smoothly on the day that we could just relax and remember Mum and her life. Great job guys and thanks to all involved.

The complete "package" from start to finish was conducted in a very professional manner but at the same time sensitivity came across at the correct level.
All aspects of the processing of paper work and other matters were dealt with very efficiently. Communications were maintained throughout and actions required to be taken were completed with minimal disruption.
Extremely satisfied and would recommend to others.

I was very impressed with the service provided by A. W. Lymn, especially with Fiona who listened, paid attention to detail and contacted me when she said she would. Needless to say everything went well and my mum could not have wished for a better send off.

The service provided was excellent from start to finish. Because of the various difficulties involved in the circumstances following Alan's death, it could not have been easy to make all the necessary arrangements. In the end, it all worked out well and the funeral went off as well as anyone could have expected and hoped for. Mark was his usual competent self, making everyone feel at ease during the making of the arrangements and on the day itself.
This review is being written by Alan's brother John, as it was my e mail address that was used for the sake of convenience. We found the whole process much easier than we thought it would be.  That was down to the staff at Ruddington they  were excellent especially Tresea. Nothing  was to much trouble for her. And the day of the funeral it ran like clockwork. Tresea and the drivers everyone were so kind. A  big thank you from all my family

At this very sad and stressful time  l could not have asked for a more perfect guide  through this journey.  From start to finish Colum was friendly and helpful  accomodating all of our ideas fully. He also introduced us to Janeen  who we feel made our service  so unique and special for us all  and high-lighted what a very special and SO LOVED man Bill was  He was enclosed within his family,which would be his ideal place  So the whole professional experience with the beautiful cars etc  made the day one we will remember sadly  but at the same time giving the beautiful show of respect he so rightly deserved. So thankyou Lymns and the Celebrant  Janeen, who became like part of our family  for getting us through this very sad day !!

From the very start staff were very nice and compassionate.
