Jackie gave excellent service from the moment I walked in.. Very high standards and very sympathetic...
Andy who was the main pall bearer, was so understanding and conducted my brothers final resting place to the highest standards.
These two people are such a massive credit to the shirebrook company

They were incredibly supportive of my aunt, my grandmothers only remaining relative. She had to make the arrangements all alone, so having their support was invaluable to us.

From our first call, our first visit to A.W Lymn we were treated with compassion for collecting mum to preparing and organising her funeral. Every thing was organised for us, we were kept up to date and the service was very professional. We would highly recommend to friends. Both David and Wendy helped us tremendously through this sad time.

Kym went up and beyond to help us arrange my dad’s funeral
Couldn’t of asked for a more kind compassionate lady
To help us through our difficult time
Kym was always there offering her support
Always prompt on returning phone calls for our queries/ worries
Even went out her way with the visual display for us
Beautiful,imacaculate cars
With smart professional staff on the day,
Making sure we new what we was doing

She helped to ease the pressure at such a difficult time The funeral was beautiful done and everything was just right. Also thanks to Father Wayne who led the service. The staff at Lymn’s in Arnold were exceptional - cannot recommend them highly enough. They made, what was already a difficult time, a lot easier. The staff were kind, compassionate and nothing was too much trouble

On reflection, although the day of the funeral service went well, the elementary mistakes in the funeral director’s administration procedures leading up to it, should not have occurred.

Chris, I am pleased that “The day of the funeral service went well” and that this will be the part of our service that you will always remember. I am so sorry that prior some content of an email was missed by our funeral arranger and although this resulted in a lower appraisal of our service than it would otherwise have been I am just grateful that the omissions were actioned in time for the funeral. It was very nice of you to mention to my colleagues that you remembered us camping together in the Lake District even though we have not met for over fifty years. Thank you. -

Kirby and the team handled the arrangements with kindness and compassion under difficult circumstances brought on by Covid. Despite this setback, they were willing and able to help us achieve a beautiful service for Dad; often going the extra mile. We will always be grateful to them for their support at such a sad time for the whole family.

Everybody at A W Lymn's was kind, thoughtful and very caring.
Our requests was no trouble at all for them and they helped me give my mother a perfect send off.
They talked and helped us through it all and made a very upsetting time a whole lot easier for all of us.

Everything was dealt with efficiently but sensitively, and our contact at the office in Radcliffe (Lyndsey) was very kind, approachable and supportive. She explained everything that we needed to know and was very patient. On the day, the funeral director and staff were unobtrusive but professional and everything went as well as could be hoped for in the sad circumstances.

I am sorry I did not meet Kevin but am glad he managed to come over from America and you could be together as a family.
