After my initial meeting with Shannon I knew I was in good hands after the passing of my father. Shannon was not only professional but very personable and she managed to take the weight of the world off my shoulders at a very difficulty time.
Shannon made arrangements for everything and the whole process was handled seamlessly. I was given advice on related matters which again help immensely.
I cannot thank Shannon and Richard enough.

They offered all the services required: flowers, order of service, celebrant, organisation of streaming the service. I couldnt fault them and all the staff are so polite and friendly.

Shannon provides an exemplary service: her attention to detail, hands on efficiency, kindness and knowledge of her business were of great comfort and reassurance to me. Every detail was taken care of as soon as I asked for it. The staff are all helpful and professional and I was happy with my choice of director. Shannon also recommended the best funeral celebrant I could have hoped to find. Arranging my husband's funeral was the worst thing I have ever done but Jenkins are the gold standard and took a lot of extra worries away. Thank you.
