We met Richard junior. He had everything ready and took us gently through what needed to be gone through at the same time being attentive to our wishes and questions. Richard, Shannon, family and the rest of the team could not do enough for us in helping planning the funeral. They were readily available for calls throughout the day, they were understanding, kind and helpful in every interaction.

I can not recommend another funeral directors after working with them during this heart breaking time. They went above and beyond in every way.

We have used Richard and Shannon Jenkins for all our family funerals for as long as I can remember. We had some quite specific requests and they were arranged swiftly and respectfully. I was under a lot of pressure and had some very difficult circumstances to deal with but Shannon helped me in a caring, professional manor. I would not have been able to do it with out her help. They are polite, courteous and supportive and able to address difficult situations. They go above and beyond and reassure you your loved ones are being looked after until their final journey.
